Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy in Eugene, OR seeks a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one‑on‑one therapy to children birth to 18 with a range of speech and language disorders. Flexible scheduling, no nights or weekends, and a therapist‑owned practice support your growth.

Full‑time or part‑time positions are available with Monday–Friday hours and comprehensive benefits. Teams collaborate closely, with emphasis on family involvement and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders or non‑verbal children is a plus.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate children to determine current speech function and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide engaging one‑on‑one therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support home program carryover.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily notes and progress reports.
• Ensure accurate coding for billing and compliance.
