Job summary

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy in Corvallis is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy to children from birth to 18 with a range of speech and language disorders. Full-time or part-time hours are available, with no nights or weekends and flexible scheduling.

The role offers a therapist-owned practice environment with mentorship, PTO, holidays, and a CEU stipend. Compensation starts at $36.50 per hour, with hours arranged around family needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders or non-verbal children is a plus.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate children to determine current speech abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support home program carryover.
• Maintain accurate documentation including notes and progress reports.
• Ensure accurate billing coding and compliance with regulations.
• Work cooperatively with families, therapists, and staff.
