Qualifications

• Master's degree required for OT license eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric populations required.
• ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team-oriented and organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to pediatric patients, primarily ages 2–7.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and ABA teams to support developmental goals.
• Plan and document therapy progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide back-to-back sessions with a steady caseload.
• Engage with partner locations and maintain consistent daytime schedule.
