Job summary

NAPA Center Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for pediatric assessment and intervention across varied diagnoses, focusing on speech, language, social-pragmatic skills and feeding/swallowing.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based therapy and comprehensive documentation. Requirements include a master’s degree in SLP or related field, a valid state license, ASHA CCC credentials, and at least two years of pediatric post-graduate experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Arts or Applied Science in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Must hold and maintain state license.
• Must have ASHA CCC credentials.
• Strong clinical experience - at least 2 years post graduate, pediatric preferred.
• DOJ/FBI background clearance; annual TB test clearance; CPR and First Aid certificates.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication and feeding-swallowing disorders.
• Create tailored treatment plans considering age, abilities and medical factors.
• Work with patients, families and caregivers to implement strategies across environments.
• Utilize AAC systems and various communication methods; document progress in EHR.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advance client-centered care.
