Job summary

NAPA Center seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric assessments and interventions across a range of diagnoses affecting communication and feeding. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care to infants, children and adolescents, with emphasis on developing functional skills and family coaching.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Current state license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC credentials for licensed SLPs.
• Experience with pediatric populations and complex disabilities preferred.
• DOJ and FBI background clearance required.
• Annual TB test clearance and CPR/First Aid certificates.
• Willingness to travel for training or treatment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication and feeding-swallowing disorders in children.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and coordinate with families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
• Document treatment notes accurately in electronic health records.
• Provide guidance and supervise therapy aides/volunteers as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain licensure requirements.
