Job summary

The NAPA Center in Waltham, MA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat pediatric clients with complex communication and feeding needs. You will work on a multidisciplinary team, develop evidence-based plans, and provide client-centered care across infancy to adolescence.

This role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC credentials, with at least two years post-graduate pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited university.
• State licensure in appropriate board required.
• ASHA CCC credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and feeding-swallowing disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans considering age and medical factors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team to improve communication in all environments.
• Provide training for home exercise programs and use of AAC systems.
• Document evaluations, progress, and reporting accurately in EHR.
