Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plans and delivers therapy for speech and swallowing.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families and other healthcare professionals; when needed, makes referrals to specialists.
• Delegates tasks to assistants, techs and students with clear competency guidance.
• Completes documentation per department policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment and consultations for Speech Services.
