Hope Therapeutic Services in O'Fallon, IL, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children in a clinic-based setting. The SLP will work with students with communication disorders affecting speech, language, voice, and social communication, coordinating with educators and families for student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in clinic-based settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine needs.
• Therapy & Intervention: Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaboration & Consultation: Collaborate with families and educators to support student development.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation including IEP updates and reports.
