Job summary

MAC Midwest is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota to assess and treat children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and to coordinate with behavior therapy teams for integrated programs.

The role requires an SLP license in Minnesota and CCC from ASHA, with Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply. You will train staff and caregivers and travel to worksites as needed, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Autism and pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evaluate treatment plans and goals for assigned clients.
• Revise plans or goals based on client needs in consultation with supervisors.
• Administer standardized speech and language evaluations.
• Lead and coordinate therapy strategies with behavior therapy teams.
• Schedule clients and maintain clinical records.
• Ensure documentation complies with established guidelines.
