Job summary

Partners-in-Excellence in Burnsville, MN, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and communication- interaction skills. The SLP will use standardized assessments and report findings, discharge summaries, and justify medical necessity for reimbursement.

The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, family education, and ongoing treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota or Wisconsin state licensure to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA certification/CCC preferred; active ASHA membership encouraged.
• Experience with pediatric populations and autism spectrum disorders preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy in a 1:1 medical model.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with long- and short-term goals.
• Document progress and discharge reports accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, privacy regulations and organizational policy.
