MAC Midwest in Bemidji, MN seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat children with speech, language, social communication, and swallowing disorders. You will lead plans of care, coordinate with therapists, and train staff and caregivers to promote consistent communication strategies.

You will administer evaluations, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain licensure and ASHA certification.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active licensure to practice SLP in Minnesota or in process.
• ASHA CCC; supervision/mentorship available.
• Autism and pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care for speech-language clients.
• Collaborate with clinical and behavioral therapy teams to integrate targets.
• Administer standardized speech and language evaluations.
• Provide training to staff and caregivers on communication strategies.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with ethical and licensing standards.
