Job summary

Enlight Autism Center is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help children find their voice through individualized therapy. You will work alongside our ABA and OT teams to ensure communication goals fit the whole child, and you may practice standalone or in coordination with a child's broader plan.

Ideal candidates hold CCC-SLP from ASHA, Minnesota license, and experience with pediatric or autism populations.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP from ASHA required.
• Active Minnesota speech-language pathology license required.
• Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred.
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Comfort collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to children to improve communication.
• Collaborate with ABA and OT teams to integrate goals into the whole child plan.
• Ability to practice standalone therapy or in coordination with a child's broader plan.
