Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat children, with emphasis on individualized plans and family education. Prior pediatric experience is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

The role supports collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a child-centered setting. We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
• Provide therapy addressing communication, articulation, language, feeding and swallowing.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for growth.
• Educate families to promote carryover at home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
