Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Norco, CA. This fast-paced activity-rich clinic combines traditional therapy with hippotherapy options on our ranch, emphasizing family-centered care and 1:1 sessions.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid Speech Language Pathologist license
• Pediatric experience a plus
• Clear Livescan required
• TB Test required
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a strong-team player
• Desire to continue growth as a professional
• Regularly stand, bend, stoop, lift and move intermittently during shift
• Must lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs of wheeled equipment

Responsabilidades

• Deliver family-centered patient care with assessments and treatment plans.
• Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans to support functional goals.
• Document patient care in records per applicable laws.
• Maintain infection-control policies and a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with the IEP team within an education plan and IEP requirements.
