Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient practice in Southern California. The role supports pediatric patients and integrates hippo-therapy on our ranch setting, working with PT, OT, and speech therapy teams to reach each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid California PT License.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Clear Livescan.
• TB Test.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly stand, bend, stoop, lift and move intermittently during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with physicians or by prescription.
• Administer therapy, supervise assistants, and guide patients in exercises and functional activities.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans; discharge planning and home exercise programs.
