Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy in Norco, CA, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our SLP team. You will deliver one-on-one, family-centered care in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting, with the option to work across traditional clinic and ranch-based hippo-therapy components.

You will assess, design, and implement therapy plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and educators, and actively participate in IEPs when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Clear Livescan and TB test required.
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality family-centered care and develop treatment plans.
• Assess, interpret evaluations, and implement therapy per plan.
• Discharge planning in coordination with care team.
• Document services in patient records while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with IEP teams within educational settings.
