Cortica is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver dynamic, play-based therapy for children in Cary, NC. You will develop individualized plans within a transdisciplinary team and educate families to extend communication strategies beyond sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged!).
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care approach.
• Educate and empower families to apply communication strategies in daily life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to enhance leadership skills.
• Engage in cross-discipline consultations to optimize outcomes for children.
