Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric services in outpatient and early intervention settings. You will assess communication profiles, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with OTs, psychologists, physicians, and families to support child goals.

Ideal candidate holds Missouri state licensure, CCC‑SLP certification, and has strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and family‑centered coaching.

Formación

• Missouri license to practice speech-language pathology required.
• CCC‑SLP certification required; credentials must be in good standing.
• Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and with families.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, and synthesize speech and language profiles using assessments and interviews; produce reports to inform treatment planning.
• Plan, implement, and modify therapy targeting language, oral‑motor planning, and social communication; participate in program development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care with families, schools, and providers.
• Deliver parent/school education and maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation.
• Manage caseload and participate in required meetings and supervision.
