Job summary

Brightli in Springfield, MO, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide advanced pediatric services forBirth–18 in outpatient and early intervention settings. You will assess profiles, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with OTs, ABA, psychology, physicians, and schools to meet client goals.

The role emphasizes family-centered intervention, supervision as needed, and compliance with HIPAA and QA processes. Travel may be required for some functions.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri licensure to practice speech-language pathology is required.
• CCC‑SLP credential must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and synthesize speech and language profiles using functional, behavioral, and standardized assessments; produce reports for treatment planning.
• Plan, implement, and modify individualized therapy targeting receptive/expressive communication, oral-motor planning, verbal behavior, social language, and play.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support client goals.
• Provide parent/school education and participate in program development and evaluation.
