Soar Autism Center in Englewood, CO seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join an interdisciplinary team serving children with ASD. The role emphasizes early intervention, family involvement, and evidence-based practice across assessments and treatment planning for ages 2-6.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, and psychologists, implement diverse therapies, document progress, and educate families while pursuing professional growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology in CO or AZ.
• Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience; recent graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication for children aged 2-6.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists) for comprehensive care.
• Involve families by educating and supporting to foster a child’s speech and language development.
• Regularly evaluate progress and adjust interventions to maximize effectiveness.
