Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our clinical team caring for children with ASD. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, design treatment plans for ages 2-6, and collaborate with behavior analysts, OTs, and psychologists to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• License to practice speech pathology in Colorado (or chosen state).
• Preference for 3+ years of experience; open to new graduates.
• Experience with AAC or willingness to learn from clinical teams.
• Playful spirit and ability to connect with young children.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans for ages 2-6 to improve communication.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists) for holistic care.
• Engage families with education, resources, and support to advance communication development.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes.
