Soar Autism Center in Denver, CO is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric care team. You will assess and treat children ages 2–6 using evidence-based methods, including AAC, within an Early Start Denver Model framework.

The role offers a $86,000.00–$103,500.00/year base salary with an annual performance bonus up to $3,800, plus opportunities for clinical certifications and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required unless Clinical Fellowship position.
• Current license to practice speech language pathology.
• Experience with children preferred; AAC experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy for children 2–6 in an early intervention setting.
• Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC strategies and devices when appropriate.
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and coordinate treatment plans with OTs, BCBA(s), psychologists, and other clinicians.
• Integrate communication goals into an ESDM-informed approach to early intervention.
• Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies.
• Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians to reinforce communication goals.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans based on data and evolving needs.
