Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for pediatric home-based cases in Manhattan. Positions offer a base salary of $125,000 plus comprehensive benefits and possible fee-for-service options.

Licensed NYS SLP with ASHA CCC-SLP is required; weekend caseloads and door-to-door transportation are available to support flexible scheduling. In-person work location in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Licensed NYS Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential.
• Experience with pediatric home-based cases preferred.
• Ability to work in Manhattan and coordinate transport service.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Perform clinical tests and develop a Plan of Care.
• Provide speech-language pathology procedures to meet goals.
• Instruct patients and families in assistive modalities.
• Maintain patient treatment records and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with health team to support recovery.
• Communicate findings with nursing staff within 24 hours.
• Chart visit notes within 24 hours per policy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
