Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients aged 2–6 within an interdisciplinary early intervention model. The SLP will assess and treat communication needs, implement AAC when appropriate, and coordinate with OTs, BC BAs, psychologists, and other clinicians.

The role offers flexible scheduling (4x10 or 5x8), competitive base pay, and a potential annual bonus. Soar emphasizes ES DM-informed care and family-centered goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CSD from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP required, unless applying for a Clinical Fellowship.
• Current license to practice speech language pathology.
• Experience with children preferred; AAC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop plans.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy for ages 2–6 in early intervention.
• Develop and implement AAC strategies and devices when appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment plans with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and clinicians.
• Integrate ES DM-informed approaches to early intervention and family goals.
• Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians to reinforce goals daily.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and needs.
