Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Texas)
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized pediatric speech-language treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
