Job summary

Developmental Therapy Associates (DTA) located in Raleigh is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time, in-person role. Join a collaborative clinic with a strong team culture, where you will work with experienced therapists and families to provide high-quality care across clinic, school, and community settings.

Eligibility requires NC licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP; strong communication, organizational skills, and pediatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Team-oriented, positive and proactive; organized with good time management.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with the front desk to balance caseloads.
• Evaluate new patients and treat existing patients per individualized plans.
• Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress.
• Discharge patients when goals are met and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide services across settings (clinic, teletherapy, schools, daycares/preschools).
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach.
