Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and NC licensure or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred or strong interest in completing the CF under supervision.
• Experience with pediatric speech and language assessment and intervention.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and standardized assessment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain thorough documentation.
• Willingness to learn clinic software and participate in quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to children with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
