Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric speech therapy. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment, while coaching caregivers to reinforce progress in the home setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Instruct and coach caregivers on therapy tasks.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and patient records for continuity of care.
• Refer and connect families with additional resources as needed.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
