Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide medically prescribed therapy to pediatric patients in home settings. You will evaluate, organize, and conduct therapy, guiding caregivers in home programs to improve communication skills and overall outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure required.
• Valid state driver license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with emphasis on language, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services including other professionals and resources.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
