Finger Lakes Therapy Works, PLLC is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations and interventions for infants to preschoolers in homes, childcare settings, preschools, and community environments across the Finger Lakes region.

We deliver evidence-based, play-based, family-centered therapy, coach caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to embed communication goals into daily routines, with flexible scheduling and strong support for

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NYS SLP license or eligibility.
• Completion of required supervised clinical experience.
• Ability to meet NY State EI/Preschool requirements.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication.
• Use standardized assessments and caregiver interviews.
• Identify communication strengths and barriers in daily environments.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to set goals.
• Develop and implement IFSP/IEP-aligned treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, play-centered interventions.
• Integrate communication opportunities into play and routines.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
