Job summary

Finger Lakes Therapy Works seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation, individualized intervention, and caregiver coaching for infants and preschoolers in homes and community settings.

Responsibilities include IFSP/IEP-aligned plans, evidence-based play-based therapy, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support functional communication in daily life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NYS SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, social communication, and feeding/swallowing within infants to preschoolers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSPs/IEPs.
• Coach caregivers to promote communication in daily routines and home/community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document progress in a timely manner.
• Integrate evidence-based, play-based approaches and family-centered practices.
