Job summary

Finger Lakes Therapy Works, PLLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide assessments and play-based therapy to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in homes, preschools, and community settings throughout the Finger Lakes region.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, develop IFSP/IEP plans, and support daily routines with family coaching while maintaining NYS licensure and NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State OT license.
• NBCOT certification.
• Knowledge of pediatric development and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to travel in Finger Lakes region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IFSPs/IEPs as appropriate.
• Deliver evidence-based, play-based occupational therapy interventions in natural environments.
• Coach caregivers to incorporate strategies into daily routines, play, mealtimes, dressing, and community activities.
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Special Educators, and other professionals.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance with NYS requirements.
