Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services for birth to age 5 in homes, daycares, preschools, and clinics across Western New York. The role emphasizes play-based therapy, mentorship, and a supportive environment.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available with flexible hours; loan forgiveness options, travel and documentation reimbursement, and a calendar-aligned salary structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• TSHH or TSSLD certification preferred or required where applicable.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide itinerant therapy for children birth to age 5 across homes, daycares, preschools, and clinics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Support development of communication skills during early childhood; document progress.
• Engage families to reinforce therapy goals in daily routines.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology

Certification as TSHH or TSSLD

ASHA CCCs (preferred)

Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
