Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Detroit is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will receive mentorship, access to resources, and a salary with paid holidays and vacation as part of a comprehensive benefit package.

The Detroit clinic operates in a community-focused setting with a 9am-6pm schedule, Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends. We provide growth opportunities, CEU support, and a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow eligibility.
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve language, articulation, phonology, and feeding/ swallowing where applicable.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for progress.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive therapy approaches.
