Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Saline, MI, is expanding our team of therapy professionals and seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF). You will receive high-quality on-site mentorship, access to a multidisciplinary team, and all materials provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility).
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.
• We do not participate with Medicare Part B; Clinical Fellows are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
