MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Detroit is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate and treat communication and feeding disorders, collaborate with families, maintain detailed records, and participate in meetings, research, and professional development. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility).
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
• Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to tailor therapy approaches to each child.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
• Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.

Education
