Job summary

KidsWatch Pediatrics is expanding to include speech-language evaluations and therapy. The role will start with one fixed weekday block or two half-day blocks, with hours potentially increasing as caseload grows.

The SLP will perform pediatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate families. Remote work is not indicated; on-site clinic space is provided with administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CCC-SLP certification.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an SLP (US).
• strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric speech and language evaluations.
• Provide treatment for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation promptly.
• Educate parents and provide home-practice recommendations.
• Coordinate care with pediatric providers and external clinicians.
• Follow payer-related requirements and documentation standards.
• Assist in developing clinical workflows for the new program.
• Provide feeding/swallowing services when trained and approved.
