Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CCC/CFY) to join a mission-driven team delivering home-based therapy to children. You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support each child’s development.

The ideal candidate has a Texas SLP license, 3+ years of pediatric experience, and home-health exposure. We offer benefits, flexible scheduling, and continuing education opportunities.

• Current active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.

• 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in home-health setting.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive SLP evaluations using standard tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with care teams across providers.
• Complete required patient visits weekly.
• Update charts, progress notes, logs on time.
• Coordinate with agency staff to meet expectations.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures.
• Follow ethics, laws and regulations for home-health pediatrics.
