Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CCC/CFY) in Lockhart, TX to provide home-based therapy to children. The role emphasizes collaboration, compassionate care, and feeding therapy mentorship, with opportunities for continued professional growth.

The position requires a Texas SLP license, at least 3 years of pediatric experience, and experience in home-health settings. Bilingual preferred; competitive benefits include PTO, insurance, 401k, and mileage reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Minimum 3+ years as a pediatric SLP.
• Experience in home-health pediatric settings.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or related approaches (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with families.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet minimum patient visit requirements weekly and complete charting timely.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws.
