Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking a Security Operations Center Dispatcher to help maintain a safe campus by monitoring alarms, CCTV and access control. This temporary 6-month assignment runs Friday through Tuesday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and requires strong multi-tasking and reporting skills.

The dispatcher coordinates security and emergency responses, prepares verbal and written reports, and ensures logs are accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Business, Psychology or Sociology preferred.
• Prior security or dispatcher experience is preferred.
• Healthcare knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
