Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy within school settings, serving a diverse pediatric population in Washington. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and effective communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials based on individual student needs.
• Provide consultation and training to staff regarding speech and language interventions.

Desired Experience And Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Able to develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
