Soliant is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based contracts across several rural communities in Illinois, including Montgomery, Macoupin, Christian, Bond, and Fayette counties. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available to fit your schedule, with supportive teams delivering high-quality services to K-12 students.

Candidates with CCC and Illinois licensure are highly desired; CFYs are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to fulfill both part-time and full-time roles in schools throughout Montgomery, Macoupin, Christian, Bond, and Fayette counties. Multiple positions are available, making this a fantastic chance to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals delivering high-quality speech and language services to students.

Candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are highly desired, and SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply. Teletherapy expertise is a plus, and pediatric experience is essential to support the unique needs of our K-12 students. Please note, we cannot place SLP Assistants (SLPAs) in these roles.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible Illinois SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, support for CFYs available
• K-12 school experience or strong pediatric background required
• Teletherapy experience beneficial
• Outstanding communication, organization, and documentation abilities
