Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role serving school‑age children in the Lacey area, WA. You will assess and treat pediatric clients within a collaborative educational environment, coordinating with teachers and families to support student outcomes.

Required are a Master's in SLP, WA licensure or eligibility, CCC or CFY in progress, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington State licensure or willingness to secure licensure prior to start.
  • ASHA CCC or CFY in progress.
  • Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-age children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support optimal learning outcomes.
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as required by school policies and state guidelines.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
  • Provide guidance and education to staff and families regarding speech-language development.
