Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position in the Phoenix, AZ area, focusing on pediatric school-based services. The role includes assessments, therapy planning, collaboration with educators, and active participation in IEP processes to support student success.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, AZ licensure (or eligibility), and CCC from ASHA; CFY candidates will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona.
• CCC from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered
• Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings valued
• Familiarity with communication disorders and age-appropriate intervention techniques
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to manage IEP process, documentation, and parent communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input to student education plans
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and regularly communicate with families
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
