Job summary

Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is expanding its school-based therapy team in Ridgefield, Connecticut. We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric-focused program and collaborate with educators and service providers to help students participate more fully in school.

This position offers opportunities for professional growth and multidisciplinary collaboration across speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, and aquatic therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• CF or CCC credential or eligibility.
• CT licensure required.
• Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose students' communication disorders.
• Create and manage measurable goals/objectives for intervention.
• Collaborate with other service providers on the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide high quality speech-language therapy service to students.
• Select and prepare speech-language instructional materials.
• Provide carryover activities for students, team, and families.
• Keep current with professional literature and attend seminars to maintain and update skills.
• Write and maintain confidential client case notes and reports.
