Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is growing and seeking an OT or COTA to join our school-based therapy team in Connecticut, serving students in Norwalk. The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and related service providers to impact functional school-based skills.

You'll work in a pediatric setting with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, backed by a supportive multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• CT OT or COTA license required.
• AOTA/NBCOT certification as applicable.
• Pediatric experience preferred; minimum 1 year.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services to students based on educational needs.
• Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments as applicable.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing and self-care in school settings.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate therapy sessions and document progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
