Job summary

Access Rehab Centers in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech, language, and feeding therapy in-home and in clinic. You will tailor treatment to each child’s natural environment and collaborate with families to support progress across ages from NICU to school-age.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience with pediatric populations and home-based therapy preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and feeding therapy in home settings.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to develop treatment plans.
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation.
• Work with children across ages and diagnoses.
• Communicate with physicians and case managers to ensure continuity of care.
