Job summary

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in SLP, active state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP preferred, and experience with pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice.
• CCC‑SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with communication and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to specific student needs
• Deliver engaging speech and language intervention sessions
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of progress and outcomes
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate the best possible support
• Partner with families, providing education and strategies to reinforce progress at home
