Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Arizona SLP license.
• CFY or CCC eligibility/credentialing required.
• Arizona Teaching Certification is required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Card or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Document progress and maintain compliant records.
