Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a school-based setting near Dobson, NC. The position welcomes passionate clinicians to support students’ communication goals, with flexible contract arrangements and a mix of in-person and remote therapy options.

Ideal candidates have pediatric school experience, licensure, and CCC; CFY candidates are considered. Teletherapy familiarity and collaboration with educational teams are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state.
• CCC preferred; CFY candidates considered.
• Experience providing pediatric services, ideally in schools.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Design and deliver individualized and group interventions.
• Develop and implement IEP goals with school staff and families.
• Maintain accurate records, including progress reports and Medicaid billing as applicable.
• Leverage teletherapy tools to support remote or hybrid learners.
• Consult with parents, teachers, and related service professionals to foster student growth.
